Most of this material is taken from the SCOTT Text. Some of this material is directly from lecture notes. The exam will consist of 12 - 15 short answer questions. You will need to answer 10 of them. There will also be a choice of 5 essays of which you must answer 3. The questions will be drawn from the following topics. You may prepare index cards for the final and use them during the Exam. Only index cards will be allowed during the exam. You may prepare the essays ahead of time and bring them with you the day of the exam, ready to be handed in.

There will be 5 essays on the web site. These essays will be based on readings from the Scott text. You may answer 3 of these. You may  type these prior to the exam or you may write them out during the exam period.
